Why hello there dearest, and welcome to my teeny tiny patch of DA. Hopefully you'll find something to tickle your fancy in my gallery. I prepared complimentary tarts for you :) Look, behind you!
Modelling is not a vanity project for me - I don't think I'm beautiful in the slightest. I model to have some kind of control over the aesthetic, to evoke something in those who see the produced photographs.
I don't even like being referred to as a "model". I'm really just your average girl who loves art - there's not much glamour to my modelling (unless you consider traipsing through rivers or having a shoot in a freezing cold graveyard glamorous), and I'm no diva. Maybe I should adapt the title "Aesthetic artist"...I'll work on it.
I'm not terribly good at art such as drawing or painting, but I would love to talk to people who have a great knowledge of it.
I'm very interested in photo manipulation - I can't believe all the things that can be done to a picture with Photoshop nowadays. Any edits of my pics are quite welcome provided that I am credited as the model :)

If you have an extra $30 to spend then pop down to the Safeway at Northlands Shopping Centre and buy an already-carved pumpkin from my unbelievably attractive boyfriend who works there as a check-out chick. Om nom nom nom.
I only have about 3.5 weeks of exams and then I am as freeee as a rockabilly sparrow to cram my holidays full of shoots. But I have to cram for my exams before that :p

Soooo for those who are a little slow, I'm in London at the moment and will be leaving for Ireland tomorrow evening! How exciting, almost as exciting as the double-decker buses and bumblebees. Seriously, the highlight of england are their bumblebees. They're really fuzzy and fat, and somehow defy the laws of physics by using their tiny wings to bash themselves into various flowers. Ho ho ho.
Must go, I am going SHOPPPPIIIIIIIINGGGGG now but I will have more on the hilarious bumblebees later.

...the entire cast and crew of "Criminal Minds" have usurped the location a photographer and I were planning to shoot at next Tuesday? Before it was so abandoned and unwanted, but as soon and Elly and I want to use it, noooooooooo it has to be swarming with cameramen and terrible actors!! I am so peeved I'm going to...eat some turkish delight ice cream. Yeah you heard me *nom nom calories nom*
